Job Summary
Part-Time Sales Associate role for Alohas boutique opening on Abbot Kinney in Venice, CA. Drive exceptional in-store experiences, deliver premium customer service, and support sales initiatives while maintaining visual and operational standards. Role may include opening/closing duties and potential keyholder responsibilities. Ideal candidate has retail or luxury retail experience, is capable of building brand connections with discerning clients, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace is a strong asset.
