Job Summary
Deliver a transformational client experience and drive business through selling in a luxury retail environment. Build and maintain customer relationships using extensive product knowledge and Tory Burch brand philosophy to communicate lifestyle and values. Meet personal sales goals while following all sales and operational policies. Work with an amazing team to create memorable experiences for customers. Must be flexible to a schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs while standing for extended periods; strong selling and customer-relations skills and excellent verbal/written communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- One-to-three years’ experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
