Job Summary
Build and maintain customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals. Create the customer experience through extensive product knowledge and selling skills while ensuring all sales and operational policies are followed. Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers and work with a team of professionals dedicated to excellence. Work flexible shifts including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- One-to-three years' experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
