Job Summary
PT Sales Associate position at Forever 21 in Sugar Land, TX. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting current promotions and brand initiatives, processing sales at the POS, handling returns/exchanges, maintaining store visuals, supporting cross-functional teams, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays), standing for long periods, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be at least 16 years old; prior retail and cash-handling experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to complete sales transactions in POS register system.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business which may include the closing shift, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to act with integrity and business maturity to ensure interactions are conducted without bias or prejudice.
Desired Qualifications

- Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
