Job Summary
Build and maintain customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals. Create the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge while communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy. Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained. Work with a team of professionals who share a passion for excellence. Maintain open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- One-to-three years' experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
