Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing purchases and returns, and maintaining an organized, clean sales floor. Role may be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs and to uphold merchandising standards, loss-prevention policies, and store procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs, participate in store recovery, and provide feedback in a positive store culture built on honesty and respect. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, counting change, maintaining store cleanliness, supporting safety and labor-policy compliance, assisting with merchandise preparation, and collaborating with peers and supervisors. Requires flexible scheduling, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the physical capability to lift heavy objects.
