Job Summary
PT Sales Assistant located in the Houston area assists Sales Counselor/Associates with selling and marketing activities for community homes; responsibilities include opening/closing model homes, greeting customers, collecting registration cards, scheduling follow-ups, maintaining model inventory, preparing and processing contracts, managing leads, and supporting marketing and administrative tasks. Requires high school diploma and is described as entry-level, part-time with up to 27 hours/week; knowledge of real estate processes, plan/spec inventory, and coordination with sales and construction teams is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Entry level sales experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable transportation
