Job Summary
Part-Time Sales Assistant in the McKinney/Plano area supporting the Sales Counselor and Sales Associates with all aspects of selling and marketing the community. Responsibilities include greeting customers, obtaining registration cards, following up with prospective homebuyers, and assisting with lead management, LMS/MLS-related duties, and contract-related tasks. The PTSA opens/closes the model, ensures model cleanliness, maintains inventory and marketing materials, and supports clerical duties such as filing, documentation handling, and coordination with title/loan officers. Knowledge of the building process, area schools, financing, shopping, and the community’s architecture guidelines is expected. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), reliable transportation, and a High School Diploma. This entry-level, part-time position will not exceed 27 hours per week and offers hourly compensation. Equal Opportunity Employer.
