Job Summary
Provide best-in-class service to customers in-store and digitally, meeting and exceeding store sales goals through personalized client outreach. Cultivate lasting relationships by leveraging fashion and product knowledge to build a client book, while maintaining a clean, organized store presentation. Assist with daily operations including inventory management, online fulfillment, and visual merchandising using POS systems. Work a flexible schedule covering nights, weekends, and retail holidays, requiring the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years fashion, styling or retail sales experience
- Experience in personal styling and a goal driven environment
- Ability to build and maintain a client book
- Ability to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide feedback and insight about clientele and product
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts
- Ability to meet physical demands, including but not limited to: standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing ladders; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; moving merchandise and fixtures; operating POS systems; and performing all essential job functions in a fast-paced retail environment, with or without reasonable accommodation
