Job Summary
PTs and OTs needed to perform home health visits in Wayne County, Detroit, MI. Responsibilities include delivering skilled visits on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis, and electronic charting. Must hold an active PT or OT license, have home health experience, possess a valid driver’s license and car insurance, and be able to chart electronically. Pay is $65-$75 per visit with bi-weekly direct deposit and 24/7 on-call support.
