Job Summary
RN/LPN Charge nurse provides and assures the highest degree of nursing care in accordance with federal, state and local standards, ensuring care respects residents’ rights, dignity, and individual preferences. Responsibilities include assessing residents, planning and evaluating care, administering medications, providing direct nursing care, maintaining accurate documentation, leading staff, ensuring adequate staffing, coordinating with physicians and other health care facilities, training new team members, and complying with state health regulations. The role requires active nursing leadership and ongoing skill development through in-services and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current North Dakota RN/LPN License
- Must be in good standing in all states in which you have ever been licensed as a nurse in the United States.
