Job Summary
Provide sales support and customer service in a retail environment at KARM Stores; handle register transactions, including cash, credit card payments, and non-cash purchases; maintain store presentation and assist in stocking shelves and clothing racks; support team productivity by delegating tasks with Retail Manager/Assistant Manager, especially when leadership is off-shift; model and reinforce the store mission and values; demonstrate dependability and punctuality; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet; available for Saturdays and flexible shifts; participates in E-Verify; second-chance employer; Equal Opportunity Employer.
