Job Summary
PT Retail Keyholder/Supervisor role overseeing Sales Staff, opening/closing procedures, training and mentoring new staff, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining store operations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, delegating projects, communicating progress to management, enforcing safety and loss prevention, handling customer inquiries, processing transactions at the register, merchandising, cycle counts, backroom stocking, display support (ladder use), and participating in special projects. Requires flexible availability, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, ladder comfort, and a minimum of 2 shifts per week (including weekends).
Required Qualifications
- Previous keyholder experience preferred
- Flexible availability
- Ability to stand/walk for entirety of shift
- Repetitively bend/lift/reach/twist
- Go up/down stairs to retrieve merchandise
- Lift/move up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to work on ladder
- Manual dexterity to run the point of sale registers
- Must be scheduled a minimum of 2 shifts a week for 5-6 hours per shift
- One shift would be a weekend shift
