Lead and manage front-end operations and omnichannel processes in a Michaels store, delivering a customer-centric shopping experience while coaching a customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to meet KPIs, SOPs, and company programs. Responsibilities include training and performance management, MOD responsibilities, cash handling, inventory and shrink/safety programs, framing store operations where applicable, and assisting in onboarding and developing team members.
