Job Summary
Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events while making decisions to solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction. Carefully monitor the operation of the F&B outlet and assist the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems. Keep a clean and organized workspace while engaging with guests to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication. Ensure regular and punctual attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role is part of Cork & Crust at The Oaklander Hotel, where curated wines meet wood-fired pizza in a modern culinary space designed for the contemporary guest.
