PT Residential Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee mandatory weekend and occasional weekday/holiday coverage of a residential program for delinquent offenders aged 13-17, ensuring all Youth Mentors operate within the program framework and CBDS requirements. Schedule staff to manage coverage challenges, monitor daily operations for state and local compliance, and maintain group control while addressing behavioral disturbances and escalating situations. Coordinate with external agencies including DHS, Family Court, and the District Attorney's Office, and communicate effectively across shifts and leadership to ensure resident safety and program objectives. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, one year of residential experience, and availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field of study
- At least 1 year of fulltime residential experience or at least 3 years of experience working with children, youth, and families in a dependent of delinquent capacity
- Prior management experience
- Working knowledge of the Philadelphia delinquent and dependent youth populations and/or understanding of working with children and youth with complex behavioral challenges
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays and cover additional shifts as needed and be scheduled
