Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, mobility, and personal care while supporting medication, exercise, and wellness routines. Encourage independence and dignity through person-centered care, help with light housekeeping and laundry, and accompany residents on outings, appointments, and recreational activities. Observe and report changes in health or behavior to nursing staff, completing accurate documentation while following safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines. This role at Dakota Pointe focuses on helping residents live independently and comfortably within a warm, supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
