Job Summary
Provide physical and psychosocial care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility. Conduct room checks, perform laundry, and maintain environmental safety while operating medical equipment and following infection control procedures. Escort residents, coordinate transportation, and respond to emergencies promptly. Monitor residents' physical and cognitive status, documenting services on company forms and reporting changes or abuse to supervisors. Collaborate with peers and other departments to support resident-centered activities and dining services. Maintain a professional demeanor and use tactful communication in sensitive situations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work the full 12 hour shift and rotating weekends
- Applicants must have at least one year of caregiving experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Be in good physical health and free of communicable diseases
- Lifting, bending, and pushing medication cart about residence is required
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Completion of drug testing and criminal background check upon hire and upon request of supervisor
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in Assisted Living preferred
