Job Summary
PT Rehabilitation Aide II provides patient care within regulatory requirements and performs a broad range of non-patient tasks to support the department, including cleaning and setting up the patient treatment area, moving patients, and clerical duties. The role emphasizes competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure privacy and safety while delivering quality care. Familiarity with operating in a demanding environment, organizing multiple priorities, and professional verbal and written communication is required. The position shifts are varied and per diem/casual, with weekend and rotating coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider within 90 days
