Job Summary
Join NHC HealthCare Maryland Heights as a part-time Registered Dietitian, working alongside the dietary team to assess and improve the nutritional status of residents. Contribute to care plans, collaborate with staff, and ensure high standards of geriatric nutrition in a supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Sincere interest in geriatric nutrition
- At least one year’s experience in clinical dietetics
- Thorough knowledge of nutrition principles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Good mental and physical condition
- Leadership qualities
- Knowledge of dietary management, safety/sanitation, and food production
- May be required to have or obtain a Food Handlers Certificate or Sanitation Course
- May be required to be licensed and/or certified as a dietitian
