Job Summary
Produce live and pre-recorded radio programming for The Ryan Gorman Show, coordinating show elements and ensuring smooth, on-air execution in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include generating ideas, researching topics, booking and coordinating guest interviews, directing presenters and crew, managing budgets, obtaining necessary permissions/licenses for recording/broadcasting, monitoring listener communications, collaborating with hosts and contributors, and handling post-production tasks. Requires strong writing, research, editorial judgment, and ability to curate engaging narratives across broadcast, digital, and written media. Proficiency with broadcasting technology and a focus on delivering high-quality on-air product aligned with production standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience producing broadcast content (live and pre-recorded)
- Ability to research and curate guest interviews
- Strong writing and editing skills for clear on-air copy
- Ability to coordinate with hosts, guests and crew
- Experience with budgeting and resource management
- Familiarity with broadcast technology (soundboards, editing/production software)
- Knowledge of current events and trends for engaging radio content
- Attention to detail and ability to meet production standards
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Location-based availability for part-time schedule in Clearwater, FL and Pembroke Pines, FL
