Job Summary
Develops and maintains relationships with employees, management, and customers while facilitating training for new and current staff. Conducts group meetings, coordinates evaluations, and determines best solutions for package concerns. Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely. Understands and consistently demonstrates high ethical standards and code of conduct. Requires ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible shift hours up to five days per week, and a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
