PT Preload Supervisor

Job Summary
Trains and supervises package handlers and clerks on safety and productivity; holds teams accountable for attendance and timecard submissions; develops and maintains relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training with new and current employees; conducts group meetings; coordinates evaluations with management; determines best solutions for package concerns; oversees daily activities to ensure duties are performed safely and on time; adheres to UPS's ethics and code of conduct; works in a fast-paced warehouse environment; requires ability to lift 70 lbs and flexible shift hours; strong leadership, communication, and Microsoft Office skills; Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred (not required)
- Management experience - Preferred
