PT Preload Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervises and trains package handlers and clerks on safety, productivity, and job-related tasks; holds teams accountable for attendance and timecards; develops and maintains relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training with new and current employees; conducts group meetings; coordinates evaluations with management; determines best solutions for package concerns; ensures daily activities are completed safely and on time; demonstrates UPS's ethical standards and code of conduct; works in a fast-paced warehouse environment and may require lifting up to 70 lbs; offers flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week; Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred and management experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Management experience - Preferred
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
