PT Preload Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervises and trains Package Handlers and Clerks in a UPS warehouse setting, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely completion of duties; accountable for attendance and timecards; coordinates evaluations; leads meetings; emphasizes adherence to UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct; requires ability to lift 70 lbs and to work a flexible shift schedule (up to 5 days/week); strong problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and Microsoft Office skills; experience in warehouse supervision and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Management experience - Preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
