Job Summary
This role trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and various job-related tasks. It holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards. Responsibilities include developing good relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitating training with new and current employees; conducting group meetings; coordinating evaluations with management; determining best solutions for package concerns; and supervising daily activities to ensure all duties are accomplished safely and timely. The position emphasizes upholding UPS's ethical standards and code of conduct and requires the ability to lift 70 lbs, work flexible shifts, and utilize Microsoft Office in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
