Job Summary
Lead and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks in a UPS warehouse setting, responsible for training, attendance, timecards, safety, productivity, and ensuring timely completion of daily tasks. Develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training; conducts group meetings; coordinates evaluations; determines solutions for package concerns; upholds UPS ethical standards; requires ability to lift 70 lbs and flexible shift availability. Preferred candidates include those with a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent and management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Management experience - Preferred
