Job Summary
Part-time Customer Service Representative at National Fitness Partners (Planet Fitness franchise) responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. Responsibilities include answering phones using information script, greeting members, signing up and touring new members, logging amenities, responding to questions professionally, processing beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system, promoting fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members, and maintaining a clean, sanitized, safe club environment. Requirements include customer service experience, high school diploma/GED equivalent preferred, must be 18+, basic computer proficiency, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs. The role offers shift-differential pay for select shifts, PTO, Employee Assistance Program, and a free Black Card Membership, with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary date.
Required Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
