Job Summary
Part-time Physician Assistant role at Proactive MD in Westfield, WI, focused on delivering broad-scope primary care within a workplace health center. The practice emphasizes longer patient visits (30 minutes per visit) without volume-based RVUs, prioritizing patient health, engagement, and outcomes. Candidates should hold a PA license in the practicing state, have PA-C certification, and at least 3 years of Family Practice/Primary Care experience, with strong EMR/computer skills and knowledge of OSHA/workplace health concepts. The role supports a diverse workplace and offers a comprehensive benefits package. The clinic operates Wednesdays 8:00 am–4:30 pm at the Westfield location.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (MS, PA-C)
- Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the state of practice
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations preferred
- Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Medical Leader, if allowed within state of practice
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Family Practice/Primary Care environment
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records
