PT Physical Therapist

PTs in a Skilled Nursing Facility providing physical therapy services: assess residents with PT needs, match services to treatment plans, meet with residents regularly per treatment program schedule, evaluate and maintain progress records, report progress to management and families, conduct regular re-evaluations, stay current with professional literature, and participate in seminars to maintain and update professional skills. Requires a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, state licensure, and eligibility to sit for or pass the NPTE. Fingerprinting clearance and the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse are required.
