Job Summary
Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders, including adaptive equipment recommendations. Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize patient independence and function. Maintain communication with the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families. Document services thoroughly for billing compliance. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in direct patient care. This full-time role offers a $10k sign-on bonus for external candidates, flexible scheduling, and reduced time on feet. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Physical Therapist Education program approved by CAPTE
- Current Physical Therapist licensure in State
- American Heart Association CPR certification
- Two (2) years of experience in adult physical therapy
