Job Summary

Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with physician orders. Develop and update individualized care plans and therapy goals while maintaining timely and accurate documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams regarding resident progress and needs, participating in care planning meetings. Assist with education and training initiatives as needed to support a safe, respectful, resident-centered care environment. Work with diverse populations including short-term rehabilitation residents, orthopedic recovery, neurological conditions, and long-term care maintenance therapy needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduation from an approved school of physical therapy
  • State license to practice physical therapy
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level

Desired Qualifications

  • Two years' experience in physical therapy
  • Ability to direct others
