Job Summary
Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders, including adaptive equipment recommendations. Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize patient independence and function. Maintain communication with the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families while documenting services for proper billing. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and aides in direct patient care activities. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, reduced time on feet, and a supportive environment for independent work. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university with accredited Physical Therapy program
- At least (2) years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist
- Valid license form the state of practice
- Possess and maintains current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Community/hospice experience is preferred
