Job Summary
Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders, including adaptive equipment procurement. Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize patient independence and function. Maintain communication with the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families while ensuring thorough documentation for billing. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in direct patient care and activities per state practice acts. This full-time role in Beckley, WV offers a $20k sign-on bonus for external candidates. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Physical Therapist Education program approved by CAPTE
- Current Physical Therapist licensure
- American Heart Association CPR certification
- Two (2) years of experience in adult physical therapy
