Job Summary
Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders, establishing measurable goals and developing treatment plans to maximize patient independence. Maintain communication with the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families while documenting services for billing. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in direct patient care in accordance with state practice acts. Work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM in Valdosta, GA, with a $10K sign-on bonus and annual compensation ranging from $120,640 to $139,360.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university with accredited Physical Therapy program
- At least (2) years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist
- Valid license form the state of practice
- Possess and maintains current CPR certification
