Job Summary
PT Physical Therapist provides bedside physical therapy services to residents, assesses needs, and matches services to treatment plans. Conducts regular evaluations, documents progress, reports to management and families, maintains current professional knowledge through literature and seminars, and participates in ongoing evaluation to ensure adherence to professional guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Hearing ability sufficient to evaluate residents' physical therapy needs
- Skill communicating verbally and in writing with residents and family members
- Must be able to pass Level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status (Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse)
