PT PHARMACY PATIENT SERVICES REP

Register and update patient demographics, eligibility, and insurance information in the CVHS MIS system while explaining services and policies. Assist the Pharmacist with processing prescription insurance claims, patient compliance, and enrollment into Pharmacy Assistance Programs. Handle incoming phone calls for refill requests, requisition office supplies, and process incoming and outgoing mail. Prepare daily reconciliations of input data for charges and payments, manage cash deposits, and file encounter forms. Maintain strict patient confidentiality and support other departments with data to enhance patient care and billing flow. Bilingual skills preferred.
