Job Summary
Coordinate resident activities for a managed community, including creating and managing monthly activity calendars, arranging outside entertainment, assessing resident interests, and communicating with the management company. Responsible for budgeting and staffing for activities, coordinating transportation for outings, and hosting events that support resident engagement and marketing efforts. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred; prior management experience in assisted living and proficiency with Word/Excel are desired. Strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and program development to meet resident needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in Social Service, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years' experience in assisted living preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
