PT Patient Recovery Specialist

Provide direct inpatient physical therapy care to patients in need, supervise treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery, in an inpatient rehabilitation setting with Encompass Health. Responsibilities include directing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and delivering high-quality, compassionate care to support patients’ rehabilitation journeys.
