Job Summary
Part-time paraprofessional/instructional assistant at MOESC for St. Vincent de Paul Regional School in Mays Landing for the 2026-27 school year. Responsibilities include assisting students with daily tasks and transitions, supporting the classroom teacher to reinforce material, accompanying students between classes, aiding students in reaching academic, social, and emotional goals, maintaining professional relationships with students and staff, and assisting with bus arrivals/departures as needed. Must be able to perform physical tasks and meet the listed qualifications; 10-month, 21.65/hour position with paid sick and personal days.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Preferred experience with children in a school setting
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and email
- Ability to pass a criminal history check and show proof of US Citizenship or legal resident alien status
- Ability to communicate and have command of the English language
