Job Summary
Verify system downloads, identify service failures and exceptions, and print daily reports for distribution. Analyze dispatch plans, plot previous data against actual dispatch, and maintain loop analysis to ensure periodic review of all loops. Utilize mapping tools and available reports to complete monthly dispatch audits, while making necessary report updates and communicating changes to the Package Dispatch Supervisor. Requires U.S. citizenship or work authorization; offers permanent employment with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC knowledge
- Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software
- Customer-focused with strong planning and organization skills
- Familiar with package flow technologies - Preferred
