PT Package Dispatch Supervisor

PT Package Dispatch Supervisor role schedule Tue-Sat 2AM-7AM. Assists the Package Dispatch Supervisor (PDS) with dispatch analysis and daily tasks supporting the dispatch and preload teams. Responsibilities include verifying system downloads, identifying service failures and exceptions, printing/distributing daily reports, updating and communicating report changes, utilizing mapping tools, plotting past data against planned dispatch, maintaining loop analysis for periodic dispatch review, using available reports/systems, and completing monthly dispatch audits. Preferred Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office, customer-focused with strong planning/organization, and familiarity with package flow technologies.
