Job Summary
Supervise, train, and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance while maintaining high standards for account productivity and accuracy. Develop and maintain working relationships with employees, management, and customers, and facilitate training for new and current staff. Ensure all personnel adhere to safety policies and procedures, manage department resources for maximum efficiency, and implement personal development plans. Establish a positive, team-oriented environment emphasizing pro-active communication and continual improvement. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), ability to lift 70 lbs., and experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. U.S. citizenship or work authorization is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
