Job Summary
Supervise, train, and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance while maintaining high standards for account productivity and customer service. Facilitate training for new and current employees, implement personal development plans, and provide detailed orientation, skills training, and pro-active coaching. Manage department resources to ensure maximum output and efficiency, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety policies and operate in full compliance with department, station, and local government requirements. Establish a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing inter-departmental cooperation and continual improvement. Requires Bachelor's degree preferred, ability to lift 70 lbs, and availability for flexible shift hours up to five days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
