Job Summary
supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. Provides innovative leadership and builds relationships across levels. Develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training for new and current employees; ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures; manages resources for maximum output and efficiency; promotes a positive, team-oriented environment; implements employee development plans; ensures orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, and coaching; ensures safety compliance; requires lifting up to 70 lbs.; strong oral and written communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse; management experience preferred; availability to work flexible shifts up to 5 days per week; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Management experience - Preferred
