Job Summary
Conduct daily diagnostic imaging coverage including patient triage, image acquisition, and preliminary interpretation. Review and manage patient scheduling while ensuring strict adherence to radiation safety protocols. Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to optimize diagnostic workflows and improve patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation in the PACS system and participate in quality assurance meetings. Assist with inventory management of critical supplies and coordinate with IT for system updates. Provide compassionate care to patients and families, addressing concerns and offering clear explanations of procedures.
