Job Summary
Bake food products and deliver outstanding customer service as a Bakery Team Member, ensuring all items are fresh, accurate, and meet quality standards. Monitor inventory in fridges and freezers, prepare products to minimize waste, and record prepared items on production sheets. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, address guest concerns promptly, and support speed of service targets by working efficiently. Follow all operational standards, health and safety procedures, and the S.E.T. Principles while operating equipment safely in a busy quick service environment. Work overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am at our Tim Hortons location in Batavia, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a restaurant setting
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight from <5 – 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate cash register system requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination
- Ability to work in cold/freezing temperatures and high heat temperatures
- Ability to verbally communicate to exchange information
- Normal visual range with or without correction
- Normal audio range with or without correction
- Ability to use and wear a headset, if needed
