Job Summary
PT Operations Associate at SMCP brands Sandro and Maje in Las Vegas. You will ensure smooth back-of-house operations with a focus on inventory management, merchandising processing, and enabling a superior store experience on the sales floor. Core duties include check-in and processing of incoming merchandise, coordinating store-to-store transfers, updating pricing and markdowns, processing RTVs, assisting with floor sets and replenishment, maintaining visual standards, supporting inventory control and cycle counts, aiding with POS operations and customer service, and upholding safety and shortage-prevention practices. The role requires 1+ years of sales-support experience, strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, brand-aligned presentation, and flexibility with scheduling; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior sales support experience, including POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management
