PT On Road Supervisor

Oversee the daily performance of service providers to ensure quality service, safety compliance, and timely package delivery. Encourage sales lead participation through maintaining customer relationships. Supervises others within the department and works with service providers to maximize center proficiency. Develop and implement work process plans to maximize efficiency and achieve business results. Review and analyze work processes and schedules (e.g., exception reports, volume delivered/hour, miles driven, car setup, hours worked, accidents) to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive performance improvements. Complete administrative tasks (performance reviews, accident reports, service failures, training) and conduct audits during on-job supervision rides to ensure adherence to UPS policies. Utilize technology (Orion, PAS, Telematics) to identify opportunities for performance improvement and risk mitigation. Communicate with customers to address service concerns, build relationships, and align solutions with business goals. Identify and forward opportunities to management and forward volume development insights for follow-up. Create a customer-focused environment and ensure clear translation of customer needs to employees. Ensure understanding of how actions impact customers and contribute to business outcomes.
