Job Summary
Provides meal service to tenants under sanitary conditions in a cheerful, timely manner by communicating, coordinating and cooperating with others to carry out the operations of the Nutrition & Culinary Services Department. Offers and serves menu items to tenants in a cheerful and respectful manner; follows portion control standards; thoroughly cleans and sanitizes dishes, tables, equipment, utensils and containers; operates dish machine; prepares various menu items; checks daily menu items for labeling; stores leftovers per food handling standards; works varied hours including every other weekend and holiday rotation; must be at least 16 years old; prior food service experience preferred but not required; hourly pay; in-person location in West Fargo, ND.
